Our Mid-Century Restoration Project.
It may be mid-century before we finish.
It’s new to us – but as familiar already as our dreams (and nightmares). But it’s our project now. A 1958 home and a half acre of ground where we will build our future.
Creatives & Comfort
It’s why we bought the house – to live how we always wanted. I want to run a home where guests can create, eat well, sleep comfortably and rejuvenate in peace. I want stress to be left at the front door like a worn pair of shoes. I want a stream of income where I enable people to make a difference by giving them space in the home or garden to explore new ideas and skills. I want the geese to leave my precious new sprouted grass alone. I want simple – in a world chock full of complexities. To be able to break the complexities down into building blocks to fulfill dreams.
Artist
From painting to installation art the space is a creative outpost – just as we imagined.
Engineer
Specializing in electronic integration and design our playtime includes arduinos, sensors, spaceships and lots and lots of imagination. Our e-lab has what you need to get started on projects far and wide.
Makers
We are makers through and through. We bought this home as a project – and we doubt it will ever be complete. Meanwhile we are interested in sharing our skills with others. Contact us to find out how we can help you achieve your dreams.

Inn Keepers
Opening in September of 2021 we will be hosting artists and makers with an immersive residency stay including use of our spaces and instruction in a number of aspects of art and design – including our studio, e-lab, and woodworking spaces.
Web Development
With specialization in wordpress, elementor, WPBakery, and interface design Karen spends a lot of time in front of a computer picking at details and bringing your work to life.
